This is so true.
Some people says ".. yes, you know about Agile" and they think to something exotic. Well, such thing does not exist. Agile it is not exotic, it something in the core of software engineering and practical management approaches for domains like software development.
Want to know more about Agile? Then you should know more about your domain and you need more good work experience.
